Why I Created Her Beauty Regimen
I’ve worn wigs, braids, and weaves for years. I love the convenience, but I know the moment when the style still has life and the roots, perimeter, and scalp start asking for attention.
After losing my hair four times postpartum, I became much more careful about what was happening underneath the styles I wore. I did not want to keep choosing between a polished look and caring for my real hair.
With a master’s degree in chemical engineering and years working in beauty, I created the routine I could not find: practical products for the days between install day and takedown.
Made for the Middle of the Style
Her Beauty Regimen helps Black women keep braids looking fresh longer. The routine helps clean visible buildup, add moisture where it is needed, smooth the overall look, and freshen the style without a full wash, takedown, or redo.
Braids are our main focus. The products can also support wigs, sew-ins, twists, and other long-wear styles when you need practical care between wash days.
